We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unwashed

  • Items must be in their original condition

We kindly ask that items be sent back in their original packaging when possible.

Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you’d like to exchange

  • The color/size you’d prefer

  • Reason for exchange

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Processing

All exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. Once approved, we will ship your replacement item.
